Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads (e-books, tutorials, brushes, textures, etc.) are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We will work to resolve any technical issues or provide a replacement if the product is defective.

2.2 Online Courses and Tutorials

For online courses and video tutorials:

  • If you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are not available after you have accessed more than 20% of the course content or after the 14-day period has elapsed.

2.3 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the remainder of the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within 30 days of the start of the subscription period or renewal.

3. Physical Products

3.1 Return Eligibility

For physical products (printed artwork, merchandise, drawing tablets, etc.):

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Sale items may be marked as final sale and ineligible for returns.

3.2 Return Process

To return a physical product:

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

4.1 In-Person Workshops

For in-person workshops and events:

  • 50% refunds are available between 14 days and 7 days before the event.

  • You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us via email.

4.2 Online Live Workshops

For online live workshops:

  • Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the workshop date.
  • No refunds are available within 7 days of the workshop.
  • If you cannot attend, you will receive access to the recorded version of the workshop when available.

4.3 Cancellations by ArtCanvas

If ArtCanvas cancels a workshop or event:

  • You will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to another workshop or receive a credit for future use.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible:

  • Credit card payments will be refunded to the same card.
  • PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account.
  • Bank transfers will be refunded via bank transfer to the originating account.

5.2 Refund Timing

Once approved:

  • Digital product refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Physical product refunds are typically processed within 10-14 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and financial institution.
